i got a room with a desk, quite useful. also, the bed was good, i slept well. location WAS excellent, very close to the metro.
THE elevator was broken , and i was not informed at check-in. my room's carpet was dirty. the front desk staff was slow, it took a while to get assistance.

I experienced a very smooth early check-in because my train arrived ahead of schedule. The room came equipped with standard amenities. Breakfast offered abundant choices (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries). The hotel is located near the Oldtown entrance and the Sendlington Tor station.
Hallway carpets show some stains, detracting slightly from the otherwise clean environment.

The room was modern enough and very clean. A fan was available, a feature I appreciated. Luggage storage before check-in and after checkout was also provided.

The hotel is located near a tram and metro station with connections to most lines. Bus stops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The city center is easily accessible by metro or a short walk.

I found the staff really excellent. They were always courteous and friendly. The location suited me well, as the metro was just a minute's walk away. My room offered convenient amenities, and the early check-in was very helpful as my train arrived earlier than expected. The breakfast options provided a plentiful selection.
The elevator was out of service . I had to carry my luggage to the fifth floor.
